Clarion Hotel Conference Center Lexington North

Nice place with great amenities like free parking, a relaxing sauna, and a fantastic indoor pool. The staff was super helpful, remembering me from my first visit and assisting with my taxi. A top choice for a cozy stay!

Location: the hotel was really close to the attached bar/restaurant, the conference center and other guest rooms and certain areas. I ate in the attached restaurant nearby.

comfortable room but minor noise issues

The cleanliness of the room was excellent. I particularly appreciated the wide range of breakfast options available, catering to various tastes.

I encountered some minor noise disruptions during the night.

Dirty dishes left all day in the hallway. Room wasn't cleaned one day. First day toilet didn't work. Missed breakfast because of very long line. Tv loose on stand.

It looks nice from the outside and is convenient from the highway.

My kids ended up with bug bites after we left, which I couldn't sleep in the beds in the first place, I slept for 2 hours after falling asleep from exhaustion. Dirty

Amazing breakfast selection, but the rooms felt a bit dated and musty.

Great service. Comfy bed, clean room. Location is good for getting to the key areas around Lexington.

Deliveries cannot be taken to your room, you have to go all the way to the front lobby to pick anything up. DO NOT use the arcade. Most of the machines are broken, the few that worked didn't work well, don't waste your money. Wifi didn't work well. The place is a bit pricey for what you get though.

The location of the hotel was easy, the staff were very friendly and helpful, the breakfast was delicious and my kids enjoyed the activities.

Everything was great

The pool was huge, and the hot tub had fun waterfalls. The sauna was a nice touch too!

I really enjoyed the amazing spa and sauna, and the self-parking made things super easy. The indoor pool was a great way to unwind after a busy day. Only downside was that check-in felt a bit late. A 3 pm check-in would be ideal 😊

The resturaunt located within the hotel is the only issues I had with our stay. Both my daughter and I have strict diets and they offer a breakfast buffet which looked nice but they also offer order from menu. We wait 30 mins for someone to come to counter or wait on us until my daughter called the front desk of hotel and requested they send someone. They front dest associate had to walk back to the resturaunt to get someone to come out to do so. Once we were waited on I requested to order the Omellette for going the fruit and bread & meat options that came w the meal and ask for only egg whites and request two extra egg whites in the omelette . I was told I would have to pay trip price for the to accommodate that request vs paying $6 my cost would be approxiamately $18. I opted not to pay the extra and still didnt take ask them to give me the fruit, meat or bread w the meal. I feel this was a ridiculous added charge for the request. I had a free buffet meal I did not use and I didnt even drink the juice or milk only water and still paid for my meal but was going to be charge extra for 2 egg whites.

Location is unbeatable and exceptionally nice, close to airport. They provide many type of service - nice bar, good wi-fi, shuttle to the airport. There's heated pool and free parking.

The large indoor pool was a hit, and our kids loved the arcade games. We even brought our furry friends along, and they felt right at home!

My kids wished the hotel had better soundproofing. It was tough for them to sleep with loud music echoing through the halls at night.

Breakfast was free. Good thing, as it was atrocious: coffee was from a nescafe machine, and tasted horrible, there was limited juice selection (cranberry only), and the "hot items" were rubbery eggs, greasy bacon, and hockey puck biscuits.
